Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Zaiko (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. You must be at least 18 years old to use Zaiko.

Zaiko is an AI buying agent. You tell an agent what to buy, it proposes real products from open commerce (Shopify and guest-checkout stores), and, once you approve, checkout is completed with your card (Visa or Mastercard) through Crossmint, which provides the card and completes checkout. The store you buy from is the seller; Zaiko does not sell, stock or ship the products itself.

Shipping is currently available to US addresses only.

Authentication and payments are provided through Crossmint. You add a card once, and each purchase uses a single-use virtual card capped by your budget. You are responsible for keeping access to your account secure and for any activity that happens under it. You confirm that the shipping and payment details you provide are accurate.

• Paid plans are billed through Stripe on a recurring basis (monthly), and renew automatically until you cancel.
• You can cancel at any time from your account; cancellation stops the next renewal and takes effect at the end of the current paid period.
• Prices may change; we will give reasonable notice before a change applies to you.
• The card you add for purchases is separate from your subscription and is handled by Crossmint.

Subscription fees are generally non-refundable except where required by applicable law. Charges for products bought through Crossmint follow Crossmint's and the retailer's own policies.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• break any law or buy prohibited or illegal items,
• abuse, overload or attempt to disrupt the Service or its providers,
• impersonate someone else or use another person's payment details.

Zaiko relies on third parties (including Crossmint, Stripe and the AI provider). Their own terms apply to the parts they operate, and we are not responsible for their actions or availability.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". The agent's product suggestions and price estimates can be imperfect; the real price is confirmed at payment, and you decide whether to confirm a purchase. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the extent permitted by law, Zaiko is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

We may update these Terms or the Service. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these Terms. You can stop using the Service at any time.

These Terms are governed by French law. Mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence still apply where relevant.
